Sukkot Reflections is an art therapy–inspired workbook exploring the symbolic and emotional meanings of Sukkot through creative reflection. Drawing on the Four Species — Etrog (heart), Lulav (spine), Hadas (eyes), and Aravah (lips) — the booklet offers gentle prompts for art-making, journaling, and contemplation. Designed to blend Jewish tradition with therapeutic creativity, it invites a mindful engagement with themes of shelter, gratitude, and belonging.
